L'HEUREUX-MONGEAU-J.C. LAUZON completes a major conversion in Montreal's first office tower

L'HEUREUX-MONGEAU-J.C.LAUZON has completed a major transformation at Montreal's first office tower. The company converted the heating system from steam to hot and chilled water. It installed new high efficiency boilers as well as new chillers. Also, a large emergency generator was installed on the roof.
