L'Heureux Mongeau J.C. Lauzon

The Hermes buiding at 1470 Peel was one of the two last and  largest oil to natural converions performed in downtown Montréal.

In the location of one old boiler, two each of the same capacity were installed. The DDC heating and boiler control is mounted on the column between the two boilers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A 35% economy in volume and 50% in saved cash was observed. As well as for the first time in years, both towers ere heated equaly.

 

The second largest conversion was at 416 de Maisonneuve Ouest.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the location of one existing boiler we installed two new modulating boilers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The result was a saving of more than 35% in volume and 50% in cash.
